Essential Functions:
- Maintain regular schedule of custodial maintenance for plant and stores, as directed by the Operations Supervisor.
- Maintain plant, office areas, tenant areas, store, lobby and all restrooms in clean and tidy condition.
- Stock restrooms with towels and tissue on a regular basis.
- Ability to use all related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must be present and prompt daily.
- Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds and able to perform the assigned responsibilities (standing, bending, walking, climbing).
- Maintain record of product consumption for reorder, as directed.
- Maintain neat and orderly work area, including equipment, cart and supply closet.
Other Duties:
- Performance of other duties on behalf of the Agency as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instruction and work without close supervision.
- Must be honest and trustworthy; have neat and clean appearance.
- Ability to meet and deal with the public effectively with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Must have flexible schedule and be available for morning, evening and weekend scheduling.
- Provide police background report.
- Submit to pre-employment and random drug screens.
- Remain loyal to company and its policies.
