Reporting to the Vice President of Mission Advancement, you’ll lead initiatives that align with our mission, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to inspire giving and engagement.

What You’ll Do:
As the Director of Donors Services & Community Relations, you’ll identify opportunities to secure more material goods donations through partnerships, events, and more and work to enhance Evansville Goodwill’s visibility and mission awareness throughout the communities we serve. - Partnership Building: Forge relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase material goods donations and support community needs.
- Donation Strategy: Identify opportunities for new donation centers, mobile collection units, and innovative approaches to secure high-quality material goods donations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct research and analyze donor trends to inform strategies and maximize impact.
- Community Engagement: Plan and execute donation-focused events, campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing and retail teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, retail, and marketing departments to ensure seamless execution of donation efforts and communication.
- Mission Awareness: Represent Goodwill in community and civic settings, enhancing our visibility and fostering connections that drive Goodwill’s mission forward.
- Experience: Proven success in business-to-business sales or relationship-building roles.
- Skills: Strong strategic, creative, and analytical abilities paired with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with tools like Canva, Microsoft Office, database management, and design software.
- Values: A commitment to integrity, collaboration, and innovation in support of Goodwill’s mission.
